management. He is experienced
in coaching, facilitation
and change management.
He has worked across the
public and private sectors
with organisations of all
sizes, from embryonic start-ups
before incorporation to global
companies such as ABB, Philips
and New Holland. He
has worked in sectors as
diverse as capital and consumer
electronics, food and drink,
medical, security, automotive,
agricultural machinery and
cosmetics.
He has Bachelor’s
degrees with honours in engineering
and psychology, a PhD in
control systems engineering
from Cambridge and an MBA
